Standing Man's
The Mystery of the Red Eye

While Jihoon continued to undergo the struggle to transform the True Middle School, he subconsciously stepped into the darker maelstrom of mystery. One night, after a Change Club meeting, when he was walking home alone, he felt that there was something strange around the school.

Street lights flickered, creating a terrifying shadow at every corner of the corridor. The night was very dark, and the air was cold. Jihoon walked carefully, trying not to feel anxious. However, he felt that he was not alone there.

As he approached an old building on the side of the abandoned school, he heard the sound of slow footsteps behind him. Jihoon paused for a moment and turned around, trying to see who was following him. However, amidst the darkness, he only saw a vague figure, with a pair of eyes that glowed red.

Jihoon's heart was pounding hard. The figure approached him quickly, and as he got closer, his red eyes became more and more clearly visible. Jihoon felt scared, not knowing what to do. This guy, or whatever it is, feels really dangerous.

As the mysterious person stood only a few steps away from Jihoon, he finally spoke in a heavy voice that echoed, "You are Park Jihoon, aren't you?"

Jihoon was only able to nod with trembling. He felt trapped in a terrifying silence, unable to utter a word.

The mysterious person continued, "I know about what you did at this school, about your Change Club, and about Standing Man. I came to give you a warning."

Jihoon started to regain his confidence a little. "Who are you? What do you want from me?"

The mysterious figure smiled, but the smile carried no sense of security. "I'm a behind-the-scenes observer, Jihoon. And I have a lust for the strong hunt."

Jihoon felt his feelings jumbled between fear and confusion. "What do you mean by 'having the lust to hunt the strong'?"

That person raised one eyebrow, and his red eyes flashed brighter. "Strength is an interesting thing, Jihoon. I want to see if you're really as strong as people say."

However, before anything worse happened, Jihoon heard the sound of fast approaching footsteps. A person suddenly emerged from the darkness and jumped to head off the mysterious person. The figure has a striking clothing with a bright red coat.

The mysterious person looked at the sudden arrival of the figure and looked surprised. "You? Why are you here?"

The figure with the red coat did not reply, but he looked ready to protect Jihoon. The two of them engaged in a brief confrontation, with Jihoon only being able to watch in suspense.

After a while, the mysterious person finally spoke, "Alright, we'll meet again, Jihoon." With that, he disappeared into the darkness, leaving Jihoon, who was still confused, there.

A figure with a red coat approached Jihoon and said in a calm voice, "You okay?"

Jihoon could only nod, still shaken by the strange encounter earlier. "Who is he? Why would he want something from me?"

The figure with the red coat shook his head. "I don't know for sure. But I feel that there's more we have to learn about that guy. We have to be careful, Jihoon."

The two of them then parted ways, and Jihoon came home with a still thumping heart. The encounter with the mysterious figure with red eyes had shaken him and left many questions in his mind. Who was that person and what did he want from Jihoon?

This is a new mystery that Jihoon will face among the battles that are taking place in the True High School. This incident made her feel even more vulnerable, but also more interested in revealing the truth behind all this.
