Not Just a Substitute Husband

Not Just a Substitute Husband
The Decree of Mr. Joseph

After a few days in postpartum care, Sonya is now preparing to go home. Chandra is ready to bring Sonya and the little one home.

Enthusiastically, Sonya tidied up the baby equipment and put it in a bag. He can't wait to get home soon. Chandra who saw the busy looking Sonya, immediately stopped Sonya's steps.

"Sit down, you don't move too much. Let me take care of it" said Chandra, who told Sonya to sit in a wheelchair.

Sonya nodded and obeyed Chandra. Then his gaze was now on the baby who was wearing a hat by Meli's mother. Sonya's lips curled up into a smile as she saw her baby's hand come out one from her bedong.

"It's a handsome granddaughter of grandma," said Meli's mother, then immediately carry her.

Seeing her mother holding her little one, Chandra immediately pushed the wheelchair occupied by Sonya. They left the room.

Arriving at the hospital lobby, Chandra helps Sonya get up from her wheelchair and opens the car door.

"Be careful" said Chandra.

Sonya nodded small. Then Chandra turns around in front of the car and sits behind the steering wheel. Chandra glanced back where her mother was sitting, after which she left the hospital.

"You just rest. If you need anything, call me" Chandra said, as she was in their room.

Sonya nodded. "Yes, Mum." Then Sonya sat on the bed.

Madam Puspa entered while carrying her granddaughter. The little baby is now whining.

"Sonya, my mother's granddaughter looks hungry" said Mrs Puspa.

"here." Sonya stretched out her hand, asking for her baby which was directly handed to her.

"Mama came out first" said Mrs Puspa, who was immediately signed by Sonya.

"Mama's son is thirsty...." Sonya kissed her son's cheeks that were still red.

Seeing that Sonya is about to step in, Chandra opts out of the room.

"Buck...!"

"Yes, why?" Chandra stopped her steps and turned her head towards Sonya.

"Please open the zipper," Sonya pinta, because Sonya has trouble unzipping her shirt.

Chandra was stunned to hear that.

"Buck...." Sonya called him again.

Chandra nodded and approached him. Both hands outstretched and looked nervous when helping Sonya unzip her clothes on the front, until now showed two twin mountains wrapped in white bras.

Chandra turned his gaze away from Sonya's two twin mountains. "I'm out first." Without waiting for a response from Sonya, Chandra rushed out from there.

"What do you want to say?" sonya.

Mr. Joseph looked closely at Sonya's face and he had to tell her about his decision.

"Sonya... Papa will take you abroad."

Sonya's forehead is wrinkled. "To abroad? Why?" ask Sonya wonder.

"If you live abroad. You will not automatically be overshadowed by Regi, even though Regi is currently imprisoned. But his connections are Regi's everywhere and it could harm you."

Sonya nodded in understanding, while Chandra exhaled slowly. Just imagining it has made Chandra stricken sad and crowded.

"But the problem...." Mr. Joseph paused his sentence to look at Sonya's face. "Only you will go abroad."

"I mean papa?" Sonya frowned deeply.

"Only you will live abroad, while your son remains here."

Suddenly, Sonya widened her eyeballs, hearing the words of her father. "You mean, I have to split up with my son?"

Likewise with Madam Puspa and Meli's mother. Both of them looked surprised to hear it.

Mr. Joseph nodded his head. "Pa! My mom disagrees!" The Protest of Mrs Puspa.

"The father did not ask for approval from his mother. Papa's decision cannot be disputed by anyone" said Mr. Yusuf, sticking with his stance. Whatever he decides is inviolable.

"I don't want to!" Sonya refused. "Whatever papa's reason, I still won't want to split with my son." Sonya confirmed her words.

"Sonya! You have to do what Papa says!" Jerk Mr. Yusuf.

Sonya ignored the words of her father and chose to go into her room, where her baby was. Sonya immediately grabbed her son and the crystal fell down on her cheek.

"Mom don't want to split up with you, honey. No matter what happens, you'll always be with your mom." Sonya looked at her son's face.

Such is the heart of his father who wants to separate himself with his baby. Does his father not know how to maintain his pregnancy, although at first he did not want it. But now he loved his son more than himself.

Madam Puspa looked at her husband's face. She was not inexhaustible with the decision of her husband who wanted to separate Sonya with his son.

Madam Puspa clucked in annoyance. "Papa could talk like that to Sonya. Don't you think about Sonya's feelings?"

Joseph heard his wife's words. "Papa did this for Sonya's sake."

"But you don't have to separate Sonya and her son!" replied Madam Puspa in a high voice.

"Whatever your mom says. Papa's decision is indisputable! And anyway, Sonya's son is flowing the wedge man's blood."

"Mom doesn't agree with papa's decision. Point!"

Joseph did not heed his wife's words. Her decision to take Sonya overseas without her baby was just right.
