Ch. 2. Stuck With Choices

"You always look beautiful, Arruna!" At the moment Arruna was pecking herself in front of the mirror, she was still preparing to leave for college.

"Where are you going?" asked Anika who saw the princess just come out of her room. Anika looked at Arruna's appearance from top to bottom, she shook her head slowly as Arruna returned in a short, tight-fitting outfit that exposed her curves.

"I'm going to college, Ma!" arruna replied while playing her nails which she polished beautifully.

"Do you deserve to go to college in this kayak outfit?" ask Anika.

"Oh my goodness, Ma! Why continue to discuss things that are not important, anyway it is not usual for me to go to college like this!" answer Arruna.

"Talk politely to Mama, Arruna!" Arruna clucked in annoyance at Derrick suddenly yelling at him.

"You're not going to college because Papa's already taken care of your move, we'll have to go to the airport in an hour!" Arruna is shocked to hear Derrick's decision because Arruna is completely unwilling to leave her luxurious life here.

"Why Papa does not rent a house here so we do not need to move to Surabaya," said Arruna.

"This time Papa does not want to hear a rebuttal, the more day your attitude is more and more unfounded if like this continues to be what you want to be, huh?" ask Derrick.

"THIS IS ALL BECAUSE PAPA IS NOT REALLY MANAGING THE COMPANY, BECAUSE OF PAPA'S STUPIDITY WE ALSO HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS EMBARRASSING BANKRUPTCY!" arruna Maki.

"Aryluna!" snapped Anika.

"Why? Mama is also stupid to want Mama to survive with a man who can not love anything else with Mama!"

Anika who was already unable to control her emotions instantly slapped Arruna's cheek very tight.

"DO YOU SPEAK LIKE THAT TO YOUR PARENTS? CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND HOW WE ARE NOW?" Anika again raised her hand to slap Arruna but Derrick quickly prevented her.

"Why are you angry? As parents you should be able to make your child happy instead of making your child's life suffer like this!" Arruna left her house.

"Arruna, you can't go!" yelled Anika but Arruna paid no heed to her call at all.

"I'm sorry about Arruna's attitude, Pa!" said Anika.

"It's Ma, all this time we have been too indulgent Arruna and not let her live hard that's what makes Arruna can not accept our situation now" said Derrick.

"Now what, Pa? Arruna left and Mama was sure she would not be easily persuaded, ", said Anika.

"Papa know what to do, we better be ready now lest we miss the plane!" Derrick and Anika are ready.

They will wait for Arruna at the airport because there is no way they will let Arruna stay in Singapore alone.

While Arruna was in one of the cafes to wait for her friends, but friends Arruna did not come, Arruna decided to leave. Arruna immediately headed for the cashier to pay for her order.

"Sorry Miss, this card has been blocked so it cannot be used" said the cashier.

"No way, the balance there is still a lot!" arruna said then gave another debit card.

"It can't be used either!" Arruna clucked in annoyance because all her debit cards and ATMs could not be used.

'Why are they blocking all my ATMs!' Arruna said in her heart.

"You can pay with cash" said the cashier.

"Twelve Singapore dollars (12 SGD)!" Arruna immediately opened her wallet then she let out a long sigh because she had more cash. Arruna went and contacted her parents.

"What's wrong?" ask Derrick when the phone is connected.

"Why are all my ATMs and debit cards unusable" replied Arruna in annoyance.

"Since Papa has already moved all the balances in your ATM and blocked your debit card, is there a problem?" ask Derrick casually.

"Papa must return everything because it's mine" replied Arruna.

"Of course but with two easy options!" Arruna clucked in annoyance at hearing Derrick's words.

"If you want to come to Surabaya with us then you will get more money at your ATM but if you refuse, congratulations on being a bum here!" said Derrick.

"Papa can't do this same to me!" arruna Maki.

"Of course it could be because all the control is in Papa's hands, make your choice right now and Papa only gives you fifteen minutes to come to the airport immediately because Papa does not want to miss the plane just to wait for you!" Derrick immediately disconnected his phone, it made Arruna more upset with the father.

"Arrggh shit!" maki Arruna while shuffling her hair was frustrated.

"If I were to be a vagrant here what should I say to all my friends, they would definitely humiliate me!" Arruna is now stuck with a choice that forces her to go with her family to move to Surabaya.

A few minutes later Arruna finally got there her parents and Bi Surti was waiting for her there.

"The right choice!" derrick said with a triumphant smile.

"Papa cheated!" arruna said with annoyance.

"Papa just gave me a choice if you want to stay here no problem, take your suitcase again!" derrick said as he pushed down Arruna's suitcase, after which Derrick took Anika away because they had to get on the plane.

"Come, Non!" invite Bi Surti, Arruna left while grumbling with annoyance.

Revald, who had just been sitting on the plane, was upset that his phone was ringing, and it was Arkha, his best friend, who contacted Revald.

"Where are you?" arkha asked when Revald had received a call from her.

"I'm in transit in Singapore" replied Revald.

"Geez, so you're really going?" arkha asked but Revald only muttered in response to the words of his best friend.

"Listen to me stupid, yesterday grandfather asked me to find the woman he's going to marry you and now you're making new trouble, grandpa kept asking me to prepare a flight to Indonesia so you could marry that woman!" answer Arkha.

"If you let your grandfather come to Surabaya then I don't hesitate to wither you away, I don't care if you're my best friend and her husband Kanaya!" threaten Revald's.

"Revald, Stupid! You can't ...." Arkha has not been able to continue his remark Revald immediately disconnect his phone and activate airplane mode.

'Decorating, why do they only think about marriage!' Maki Revald in her heart, shortly after the plane she was riding took off.

Nearly three hours into the flight, the plane landed safely at Juanda airport in Surabaya.

After picking up his suitcase in the trunk, Revald walked leisurely as he had already asked someone to pick him up, but Revald was surprised that a woman walking in front of him suddenly turned around, causing them to collide and Revald's self-defense to falter, causing the woman to fall right over Revald and even their lips touch each other.
