Behind the wall of the bastian's study, Safitri's body leans limply, all the talk she hears in Bastian's office, leaving her only able to endure the pain of all Bastian's words. There is a sense of pity in Safitri to Rico with Bastian's treatment to make him begin to sympathize with Rico.

Tok tok tok tok tok tok

The sound of footsteps coming out of Bastian's study makes Safitri hurriedly sneak out of the place where he eavesdropped on the conversation between Bastian and Rico.

"It's really not the Abah's heart" Safitri grumbled at Bastian's back, which began to drift away.

Slowly Safitri walks into Bastian's office where he sees a beautiful woman accompanied by Ismail carrying Rico's unconscious body.

"What happened to Him Aa?" safitri asked in shock to Ismail when he saw Kemal who was carried by Ismail and Susan.

"She fainted, let's get Mister to her room!"

For a moment Safitri and Susan looked at each other with question marks between them.

"Let's hurry Miss," Ismail asked Susan.

Ismail's call immediately made Susan aware to walk quickly carrying Rico's heavy body to compensate Ismail's steps. While Safitri was walking behind them with a confused gaze looking at Kemal's limp body held up by Susan and Ismail.

As soon as Rico's room was laid on the bed, Susan carefully examined Rico's vital organs to make sure that he was okay and after being convinced that his physical condition was healthy and he fainted because of the shock Susan also let out a long breath.

"Thank God she's fine." Susan's monologue made Ismail feel relieved as well.

While in one corner of the room, Safitri just looked flat a little confused towards Rico.

"Kunaon deui eta jalma (Why else it's a person)" Safitri muttered occasionally sticking out his head to peek at Rico's face blocked by Susan's body.

"Is, please bring hot sweet tea." Susan asked Ismail.

"Ready Miss." replied Ismail hurried away walking away his master's room.

Safitri was still confused to ask what. Although there were many questions on his mind, only the occasional long breath could be heard from his nose. While Susan seemed unaware of the existence of Safitri in the room.

"Ko, I'll do my best to help Lo get out of all this trouble. I promise you dear." murmured Susan as her wiggly finger stroked Rico's hair.

"Haiisstt, eta awewe (that girl) what's her boyfriend?" inner Safitri when seeing Susan's treatment of Rico who was so friendly with words of affection.

"Mending Fitri to the kitchen only, rather than here."the inner Safitri moved from where he stood and walked out because he felt uncomfortable in the room.

The soft caress of Susan's fingers as well as the gentle rubbing on Rico's face, made the unconscious Rico finally wake up. Rico's eyes blinked trying to open up to gather strength in order to return to his consciousness.

"By" Susan called the man in front of her lying down and tried to open his eyes.

Susan had not been able to ascertain whether the guy in front of her was Kemal or Rico so she held back her attitude first and observed very closely.

"Aahhhhhh.h.," lamented Rico holding his head in pain.

"It hurts?" susan asked very carefully.

"Ko, why don't you wake up? Though I miss very much you." Susan's mind when she realized that the guy in front of her is not Rico but Kemal.

There was a very visible hint of disappointment on Susan's face, but as a psychiatrist Susan was very good at hiding it.

"Key? You just fainted. Is your head still hurting?" susan asked gently attentively.

Susan Bachtiar is a psychiatric doctor who is trusted by Bastian as the personal doctor of Kemal and Rico. Susan is a close relative of Bastian, she is the granddaughter of Bastian's sister.

Since childhood Rico and Susan grew up together until they are now adults. For Susan Rico is her first love her childhood love and also continues to be her deepest love.

Rico's personality-turned-Kemal is a motivation for Susan to become a psychiatrist so that she can heal and restore Rico's personality and this is done without Bastian's knowledge.

Because of the close family relationship between Rico and Susan became the biggest obstacle from Bastian about the relationship and feelings of love they both of since they were small added to the loss after almost 15 years disappeared, makes Susan inevitably accept the love of Kemal who has opposite personalities.

For the past, only Susan understands her and her person, even though their love is always hindered by Bastian. But the know doesn't care even they do it clandestinely behind Bastian.

"How are you, baby? I'm sorry I didn't call you safe out of town wasn't mad, was Yang?" kemal asked a little anxiously while looking straight at Susan's bead.

"Gue kangen very much like you honey" said Lirih Kemal with a sad look.

Kemal took Susan's right hand and then he took it with him to kiss the back of his palm.

while difficult to reciprocate by stroking the hair of Kemal's head.

Kemal's hand reached out to Susan's pretty face rubbing it gently and pulling it closer and closer to now clearly Kemal can see clearly Susan's dark lips are so tempting.

"Fuck girl, tell me you dare to enter my room!" bentak Kemal got out of bed and walked towards Safitri ready to attack.

Safitri realized if the person who was walking to him was Kemal, Safitri hurriedly took a cup containing hot tea.

"Stop! Or Fitri guy wear this hot tea!" snapped Safitri threatened not to be outdone by the position ready to pour the contents of the cup in his hand.

Kemal stopped suddenly when his steps stayed 2 steps in front of Safitri, The two looked at each other with different highlights. Kemal is ready to attack and Fitri is trying to protect himself.
