Ha Noon's

Ha Noon's
CHAPTER 17: General Moon's Army

The servant lowered his head in homage to Ha Noon, his steps retreated slowly, paving the way for Ha Noon. With

his superior smile, Ha Noon stood before Lanju Sara.

Lanju Sara cursed in annoyance in her heart.

“All the attention is on you, why exaggerate the problem?”

Lanju Sara sighed holding back her annoyance, forcing her smile, “I just want to

give one valuable lesson to this servant, Princess.”

Ha Noon tilted his head glancing at that servant who was still bowed, “I'm sorry if this servant doesn't do his job properly, I will take responsibility and discipline him if he has a mistake. What has he done to make Miss Lanju so upset?”

“She spilled wine in my precious dress, Princess.”

Ha Noon lowered her pupils, noticed the small red splash that littered her silver dress, then returned a glance at the waiter behind her, “Apologies to her.”

The waiter took a few steps forward, “I'm sorry, Miss, I accidentally spilled wine on your very precious dress.”

Lanju Sara smiled obliquely, “I just want your apologies, I don't care

your reason. Your apology does not sound sincere at all.”

The waiter raised his eyelashes looking at Lanju Sara, “It's not so, Miss, I'm really sorry, I mean it in my words.”

“Let your eyes down, you think you who can see me like that!?”

“Nona Lanju.” Lanju Sara's sentence stopped and her attention turned to Ha Noon, “It's enough, this is a worthwhile party. This waitress has already apologized, and she accidentally spilled the wine on your dress. We'd better enjoy this party quietly.”

Lanju Sara looked at Ha Noon with eyeballs that were almost out of place, a gaze that was so haughty for a noble princess. Lanju Sara's

faintly heard some whispers that began to fill the hall, and some sharp glances aimed at him. Lanju Sara felt like she was playing a circus, making a furore for the sake of attention. Moreover, she was dealing with Ha Noon who was a royal princess. His self-esteem feels so low.

With anxiety flicking her head, Lanju Sara watched the entire nobility

and the soldiers who stopped enjoying the party due to the commotion he created, his eyes stopped on Ha Yan who was staring at him while sipping a few sips of red wine casually. For some reason, Ha Yan's movements made Lanju Sara's gaze locked onto him. Keeping the mouth of the glass away from her lips, Ha Yan raised both of his eyebrows at Lanju Sara.

I don't know what Ha Yan hinted at him, but Lanju Sara had the courage to say something, “Mr Princess, is the Princess defending this irresponsible servant?”

Ha Noon raised his brows gasping, even the other nobles started to open their earlobes wide.

Lanju Sara looked at the waiter haughtily, “This servant has no respect at all. I thought, the royal servant will have amazing potential, but he simply cannot compare to the maids that work in my mansion. I wonder how the royal family

educate her?”

Some nobles started smiling enthusiastically at Lanju Sara's every sentence. Lanju Sara glanced at Ha Yan who was no longer looking at her, but the girl smiled with satisfaction behind her glass of red wine. Literally, everyone felt that Ha Noon had a higher standing than the Crown Prince. Not because he was older than the two, but everyone felt Ha Noon carried a large will from the former royal family. Moreover, if it were not for Ha Noon still being underage, Ha Noon would have been lifted

he became the next king to succeed the Crown Prince. Thus, the entire nobility had no major problems letting Ha Noon handle the internal affairs of the palace, especially for the servants.

The cynicism that Lanju Sara spoke of indirectly doubted Ha Noon's responsibility to take care of the internal matters of the palace. The nobles would get carried away with this atmosphere, and one by one began to view Ha Noon as a princess who did not

take responsibility, and will think that Ha Yan is much better than Ha Noon. Ha Noon himself would feel humbled.

However, not as expected, Ha Noon just smiled amusedly hearing Lanju Sara's every sentence. “Nona Lanju, you're right. It seems, the maids in the palace did not get enough discipline, I envy the potential the maids have in the Lanju family mansion. Therefore,” Ha Noon took a glass of red wine from the tray the waiter was holding, “To break through my incompetence in educating them, I will toast as my apology with wine spilled on your precious dress.” Ha Noon raised his glass,

smile kindly at Lanju Sara.

Lanju Sara's arrogance increased, she was able to make Ha Noon drink the wine she had

spilled on her dress, she would even toast. He had to take this opportunity to gain more recognition from the other nobles, as well as Ha Yan.

“Mr Princess, you are very discreet.” Lanju Sara raised her glass, will unite her wine glass with Ha Noon wine glass.

However, it was only a few inches before the two glasses

touching, Ha Noon suddenly broke his own glass with his bare hands, making the thick red wine spill over and splashed his second dress even more. The entire invited guests held their breaths gasping. Lanju Sara widened her eyes, staring in disbelief at Ha Noon who maintained her friendly smile at Lanju Sara.

“So,” whispered Ha Noon, she stepped closer on

Lanju Sara, “You wonder how the palace disciplines their servants? Let me tell you one thing. We did not order them to submit to a small noble like you.”

Lanju Sara blinked her eyes, the pressure on every

the words that Ha Noon spoke dominated him.

“The palace is an amazing place isn't it? Even

for nobles like you, it shouldn't be roaming around so easily. However, these servants could do it from the rising sun even when

the sun has set. They opened their eyes and closed their eyes in the palace. But we must invite you first in order to set foot in the palace. You think you deserve to insult everyone who lives in the palace?

Doubt my competence? Miss Lanju, watch your words. Our degrees, very far away. In fact, the standing of my servant, is higher than the standing of a lowly noble like you.”

"Ah, and I guess, you don't deserve to talk about how I defend my people, because I'm sure, they never act outside my command. Shouldn't you question yourself about your loyalty? You're the kind of person who easily betrays someone, Miss Lanju Sara."

Lanju Sara's pupils trembled, and subconsciously, Lanju Sara's body lost its balance, a step back, her breathing like it was stuck by a visible rope.

Ha Noon was satisfied with Lanju Sara's reaction. Him

turn around and look at the entire guest. “Pardon this meaningless commotion. This party was supposed to be an amazing party to pay our respects, showing how much we value the soldiers

who has fought. However, an unwanted incident destroys our fun tonight. I also want to apologize to the people

soldierlike. Please don't think of this nonsense, let's enjoy this party quietly.”

The entire guest no longer dared to whisper in hearing

ha Noon's voice was so superior. In fact, the soldiers no longer cared about the quarrels of the nobles. They were a gathering of people who lived on the battlefield, they did not have time to fuss over the little things when they had to protect the entire kingdom on the battlefield. They don't understand how just a few small splashes of alcohol can be so big.

Moon Juha watched Lanju Sara slowly

disappearing from the limelight, then looking at Ha Noon who maintained her friendly smile. After the entire guest had been calmed down successfully, Ha Noon whispered to the maid to clean up the mess. Moon Juha followed Ha Noon's footsteps

who began to blend himself in the midst of the crowd of nobles, then stared at the broken glass scattered on the floor. Moon Juha looked back at Ha Noon, but her gaze was no longer on Ha Noon's face maintaining her friendly smile, but she stared blankly at Ha Noon's hand which she hid from the crowd. In spite of

his vision narrowed, but Moon Juha could see the red patches stuck to Ha Noon's white hands. He could not tell whether it was blood or just red wine, he simply felt that the hand had to be cleaned.

Moon Juha swallowed all the remaining red wine in her glass, then passed the empty glass to the Gilya Ring. Ring Gilya just accepted it casually. “What's up?”

Moon Juha cleans her lips leaving red wine, “I'm tired, want to get some fresh air.”

Ring Gilya smiled obliquely, “What are you really doing? I've spent my energy entertaining that noble.”

Moon Juha did not care about Ring Gilya's grievances.

Moon Juha turned her head to one of the corridor pillars, and heaved a sigh of relief. Eventually, he made it out of that hell called war. No longer see the sea of blood, nor smell

the corpse began to rot. Moon Juha did not understand the meaning of the word noble, she never knew how those nobles governed the kingdom. However, seeing how the nobles fought over only minor matters, made him feel that his suffering was only entertainment for those nobles to boast of their titles. This peaceful world was so different from the world

where he came from.

Tok tok…

Moon Juha raised her head hearing the sound of approaching footsteps, she tilted her head and found Ha Noon walking alone. Moon Juha spontaneously stepped back, and bowed her body to pay her respects.

Ha Noon stopped stepping to look at the Moon Juha

suddenly appeared, then nodded his head in response to Moon Juha's reverence. “Searching for fresh air?”

“True, Mr. Princess.”

“That party must have felt suffocating. I heard this

was it the first time you set foot in the palace?”

“True, Mr. Princess.”

“I hope those nobles don't make things difficult for you.

Thank you for fighting for this kingdom.”

Moon Juha was silent for a moment, thinking of a few words to issue, “Thank you for the flattery, Mr. Princess.”

“Pesta will end. Return to hall.”

Moon Juha slightly raised her head, and would

stepping his feet towards the hall, but his intention stopped, his eyes looked at the hands of Ha Noon who still had red patches, and could faintly feel some blood dripping. Moon Juha reached into her pocket, took out a yellow canola-patterned handkerchief, and handed it to Ha Noon.

Ha Noon looked at the handkerchief in surprise, then

Moon Juha explained, “Your hand must have felt very sticky because of that red wine.”

Ha Noon finally realized that his hand was scratched due to the broken glass of the glass he smashed, he raised his hand, then smiled steadfastly, “You are really considerate.” Ha Noon received that handkerchief, “Thank you.”

Moon Juha lowered her head in tribute, “I say goodbye.” Moon Juha continued her steps towards the hall.

Ha Noon tilted his head watching Moon Juha who stepped away, then looked at the handkerchief in her hands. Sweep that hand

not so big, but enough to cover his palms. Ha Noon unfurled his gloves and smiled amusedly, “Canola?” Then with a tingled heart Ha Noon cleaned his palm using that handkerchief.

***

The sound of wooden swords filled the open field. Right now, the young soldiers were not training in the sealed arena, the senior soldiers wanted them to really feel what it was like to fight in the field. Thus, there was a day when these young soldiers would train in the open field. The reason why this is not done all the time, is because there are many

the maids took the opportunity to peek at the soldiers who were training, and sometimes it interfered with their responsibilities in the job. Because of this, the young warrior had a training ground schedule to avoid some trouble.

“Everything! I want your attention!”

The entire army stopped swinging their swords, and,

and in a few seconds they quickly made a neat line. A senior warrior in charge of training them smiled proudly.

“Someone great came to visit

you guys!” the senior soldier turned his head back with a fluffy smile, making the young soldiers curious.

Not long after, Moon Juha entered the field and the

these young soldiers started whispering to each other. Seeing this reaction, it made Moon Juha a little nervous. Indeed, he was used to the soldiers, but

for years he met the same person, and he was not a sociable person. Seeing the unfamiliar faces made him a little nervous.

The senior soldier with superior stopped the sound

them, “Shut up! There's something I want to say!”

The whole soldier was silent.

“You must know who is next to me,

a young General who is so tough, meritorious to the kingdom.”

The young soldiers nodded in agreement.

“As you all know, General Moon now

responsible for the internal security of the kingdom, and he needs an army.”

The young soldiers whispered to each other.

“I said shut up! I'm not done explaining!”

The senior sighed stoically, he turned to Moon Juha and smiled amiably, Moon Juha returned her smile with a small nod and an awkward smile. “General Moon already has an army, but he needs more soldiers to join his army. However, not all of you will be part of General Moon's army, so I want you to show your best abilities.”

That closing sentence was enough for his announcement. All the soldiers started whispering enthusiastically. The Gim brothers looked at each other and gestured with their expressions that they should be one of the selected warrior sections that would enter the army

General Moon.

The senior soldier smiled at Moon Juha again,

“They are excited to be one of your soldiers, General Moon. Hmm, look, I just casually ask, is this recruitment just

reserved for young soldiers? I was just curious, hehe..” The senior soldier was just a whimper whereas Moon Juha just looked at him with a flat face. The senior soldier's smile became stiff, and an awkward laugh came out, “Well, right, I was just curious.” The senior soldier bit his lips stiffly, “Please, General Moon.”

Moon Juha nodded, then took two steps forward. Pupillary

Moon Juha almost trembled looking at all these unfamiliar faces, she took a deep breath, then exhaled until her entire nervous feeling was exhaled. “Listen to me!”

With just those two words, the entire attention of the

the young warrior was fixed on Moon Juha.

“Whoever thinks that he deserves, come to

closed arena tomorrow afternoon!” After saying that one sentence, Moon Juha retreated, and bid farewell to the senior soldier then left the arena

open, leaving a riot full of enthusiastic young soldiers who think they deserve.
