Chapter 27: Swiping Rafa's Father

At night, at Larina's house.

Larina was washing the dishes from dinner last night, Larina's father patted Larina on the shoulder.

"Eh," Larina was a little surprised.

Larina put down the dishes that she had washed.

"Is there anything else?" ask Rafa.

"There is. I wanted to ask you something, why did you know that I was in the hospital?"

"Did you visit me on purpose?" ask Larina

Rafa sighed softly.

"I met students from XI B class back then, I myself did have some business at that Hospital."

Larina nodded.

"Do you have a disease until you have to go to the hospital??"

"Does going to the hospital mean I'm sick?"

"Yes could be," Larina smiled.

"My father is being treated there. So knowing you're there, I've been seeing you."

"I'm so sorry, I hope your father gets well soon."

"Hopefully" said Rafa expectantly.

For 5 minutes, the Rafa family car did not come to visit him. Rafa's getting restless.

"You waiting for something?" asked Larina who pretended not to understand the situation.

Rafa just nodded.

'Ddrrtt drttt' Rafa's phone rang, there was an incoming call.

"Hello, where?"

"Yeah?!!! Jeezoo! Hurry on!"

Rafa closed and ended the call, his countenance looking annoyed.

"Why?" ask Larina.

"My driver's stuck in traffic. Ck!" Rafa clucked in annoyance.

Rafa is increasingly irritated because his HP battery is running out. Rafa rubbed his face rough.

"2 KM from there is the ojek base," said Larina.

Rafa turned a glance towards Larina. Larina nodded.

"I often walk, usually at 4 pm like this there is still an Ojek handyman who stays. Especially when most people come home from work,"

"What if there's no Ojek at night?"

Larina sniffed her shoulders.

After walking for 2 Kilometers, they finally arrived at the Ojek Base.

"Well, there's 2!" larina said pointing towards the two of Ojek's men with her eyes.

"Yes,"

Both of them immediately approached the two akang ojek and asked to be transferred to the Hospital where Rafa's father was treated.

"Sir, then stop at the market first huh. I want to buy." Larina said while riding the bike.

Arriving at the Hospital.

Larina followed Rafa from behind with her hand. When he almost arrived at Rafa's father's nursery, Rafa saw his mother had just come out of the room while wiping away tears.

Rafa is shocked, he runs away from Larina and towards his mother.

"Why, Mom? What's up?"

"Your father, son."

"Dad why?!!" Rafa's panicking.

"Your father is back unconscious."

Rafa's heart is like a sharp stab. Though this morning he got news his father had realized from his coma.

"Excuse me" said Larina.

Rafa's mother looked at it.

"He's my friend, Mom." said Rafa.

Rafa's mother smiled at Larina.

"I'm sorry for what happened to your family" said Larina politely.

Rafa's mother nodded.

"I'm here with the intention of visiting Rafa's father" Larina said.

After that, Larina and Rafa are welcome to enter Rafa's father's room by wearing a special cleaning and mask.

Rafa clasped his father's big hand, he shed tears at the sight of his father lying helpless. Larina touched Rafa's shoulder.

"We wish him all the best" said Larina.

Rafa nodded. Rafa is surprised because there is a response from Rafa's father's fingers.

"Dad," call Rafa slowly.

Larina smiled.

Slowly Rafa's father's eyes opened. After feeling his vision clear, he turned to the side and found his Son at his side.

"Dad," with a quivering voice, Rafa kissed the back of his father's hand.

Larina starts to shed tears and hopes Rafa's father can recover. He himself was saddened to remember the moment his Father in the original World breathed his last.

"Dad," Rafa still kept calling his father slowly.

Rafa's father didn't say a word. He alternately looked towards Larina who was standing beside Rafa.

Larina slightly bowed and lowered her head as Rafa's father looked towards her. Larina smiled, then she wiped her tears.

Rafa's father stroked Rafa's hand that was still holding her.

"Dad,"

A drop of tears flowed from the corner of Rafa's father's eyes, Rafa,

"Your mothers" Rafa's father said with great difficulty.

"Rafa, I'll call your mother. I'll wait outside." said Larina.

Due to the maximum of 2 people, Larina immediately came out of the room. Not long after Rafa's mother came into the room, she and Rafa cried.
