The Emperor of the Plain

After the meal finished breakfast Zoro frowned at the jeager members before speaking, "I still haven't gotten my present."

The four Jaegers who arrived late did not understand what he meant while Rin and Wave wanted to punch the man. Wave could not help himself and said, "Are you serious? After everything you've done? You're still asking this!"

Zoro stared intently at Wave, causing the poor man to gasp in fear, "Your leader started it all, not me. Besides, why would I end up in all this trouble if it wasn't for that? If you have any problems, please talk, I'm more than willing to let my fists communicate with your face."

Wave stepped back while Esdeath laughed, he said, "I'm getting more interested in you. You don't have to worry about that, you can come with us to the royal palace. I'll give you a present there if you don't mind."

Zoro immediately thought it might be a trap for him, but then ignored this notation. Esdeath did not give him the feeling of someone who would use devious methods to win against his opponents. Moreover, if he really set a trap for her, wouldn't breaking through his plan be more entertaining?

Zoro nodded at him and said, "alright, I'll come with you. I'd better go for a walk in the royal palace."

Jaeger almost fell to his words, since when did anyone go for a walk in the royal palace? They can do nothing but keep their opinions to themselves.

Zoro watched Esdeath with a displeased look as he replied in a flat tone, "I wonder if I should have plucked your tongue out of your jaw."

"Actually you can't silence someone by doing that, he'll just let out a voice of pain that might prove more annoying than words. I would advise you to take the skin or limbs if you torture them, the pain might cause them to lose the ability to speak or move" Esdeath suggested, because he wants his lover to be experienced in torturing people. The words made Zoro's mood start to deteriorate he did not suspect that Esdeath was happy to do so, but Zoro thought to try to change Esdeath's attitude.

In return for his pure intentions towards her, Zoro looked at her dumbly. He met fair freaks, but this one really took him to a completely different level. He was crazy, had a strange fetish, honor, unstable emotions and courage, and he was a battle maniac. Now, he guided her on how to defeat people. "That was the most exciting thing I've ever experienced, besides this feeling on my chest is so much fun, I love it" Esdeath said blushing.

Zoro let out a sigh of resignation, perhaps he would be his first murder in this world. She looked at Rin with hatred as she said, "Move as fast as possible, I don't want to stay in the same place with her any longer."

From behind, Esdeath looked at Rin as if he told her not to rush. The poor blonde wanted to cry, she would let down one of these two monsters no matter what she did. The rest of his team gave him a look of pity.

Rin came out with the intention to take a reasonable time and pray for the best. At the same time, a child was followed by a fat man and a large muscular armored man entered the room. Zoro watched them without interest, while the others knelt down. Zoro recorded their actions, the three of them must be of very high status, especially that child, he might be a prince or something.

"I'm just happy because I got my future lover" Esdeath replied with a flat face.

At this moment, the muscular man behind the emperor saw Zoro standing there disrespecting the emperor. The man took a step forward and spoke in an authoritative voice, "Hey you ... What do you think you're doing? Why don't you show respect to the emperor."

The others finally saw Zoro standing there, the emperor frowned slightly while Esdeath explained, "He is new here and he does not know you, Your Majesty. Other than that ..."

"What about me standing here? Do you have a problem?" Zoro interrupts Esdeath, he dislikes when people talk to him like that, especially weak people who are confident above others because of their social status or overall political issues.

At that moment, Esdeath and his army knew this was going in a terrible direction. Esdeath did not care much for the stupid general in front of him. But he didn't want a fight to break out here. On one hand, Zoro is the person she chose to be her lover. While the empire was the source of his fun and battles, he could not lose his support.

"Your Majesty…." Esdeath was about to speak again, but Budo was not waiting for him, he shouted 'DEATH!' when he immediately attacked. A terrifying lighting wave targeted Zoro, the latter did not dodge and let him hit him. Esdeath saw him playing like this furious, he sent an Ice spear towards Bodou, who casually blocked him. He was about to say something, but the man who should have died from being hit spoke.

"The toys you wear can generate electricity, right? That's the interesting weapon you got there."

Zoro might not know if it was teigu or not. Still, some monster characteristics remained, such as its heat and electricity resistance. Can a fool before him send out a stronger attack than the devil fruit users and swordsmen or the powerful fighters in his world?

Budo was startled, the man was standing in his place with lights twinkling around him, he was not injured in the slightest. Esdeath heaved a sigh of relief at first, but then all his instincts shouted danger, just like when he was challenging him. Budo attacked Zoro, so Zoro will definitely fight back. It would be unlucky if this continued.

"Does it hurt?" a voice whispered behind him.

Bodou turned around and saw Zoro brandishing his severed arm towards him. Bodou wanted to attack Zoro, but Zoro was faster. Zoro swung the severed limb as a weapon that slapped the general's face and dropped him.

"Or is this even more painful? Slapped coldly by your own hands" Zoro snorted in disdain at the fallen general, before turning towards Esdeath "I remember your words as I tore the bastard's arm, happy?"

The emperor and the fat man paled at the horrifying blood. The boy backed off with the fat man, saying nothing. The strongest guard that the royal palace offered was defeated in an instant!

The fat man turned to Esdeath with a worried expression and asked, "General Esdeath, who is this man?"

"Oh, right. This is Zoro, the lover I found. He will be the father of my son" Esdeath said with a flushed face.

If one were to see this red hue, they would be mesmerized by his unconscious face. However, to the fat man, this was the scariest thing he had ever seen. Esdeath fell in love with the man, and the man was stronger than him? He beat Budo instantly! Where did he find her!?

The young emperor steeled his heart and took a step forward, he spoke with all the courage he had, "how dare you attack my people before me, this is an act of treason!"

Zoro looked at the boy and smirked, "You have the guts to talk to me like this! Who do you think you are, boy?"

The boy took a step back and spoke in a trembling voice, "I'm not a brat, I'm the emperor!"

Zoro laughed at the boy, he replied loudly scaring the boy and the prime minister next to him, "If you are an emperor, I AM A DISASTER! IF YOU SAY YOU ARE THE RULER THEN I AM THE KING OF HELL WHO IS READY TO TAKE YOUR LIFE AT ANY TIME!"

Zoro extended his hand towards the boy and gripped his neck mercilessly. He lifted it into the air. The Jaegers could not tolerate his actions and wanted to stop him. But Zoro did not forget them, he turned towards them, only his gaze alone froze them on the spot. Zoro turned towards the boy and said, "Look around! These are your soldiers and generals, your elites! They were helpless in front of me. No one will help you, no one can. Do you know why? Because I am strong and you are weak. The power that is not yours is not the power at all. Only if you are strong enough to win your own fight, then you are really strong. tricks, plots, and politics all become useless against absolute power."

The boy stopped struggling as he looked at the defeated expression of his people, he saw his prime minister, his wise adviser, retreating slowly, keeping his distance from him, he was obviously terrified. The boy for the first time felt himself weak, he was really weak. Surrounded by his own people yet so helpless.

Zoro dropped the boy and turned to Esdeath, who was fascinated by his arrogant attitude and tyrant words. He scowled internally at the woman's behavior but still spoke, "I'm not going for another walk, I'm going back. I'm going to go to the room, send her gifts there. I don't care who'll send it as long as it's not you!"

Esdeath nodded thoughtlessly while blushing. Zoro turned around and left the place. Silence filled the air until Esdeath spoke, "I'm falling more and more in love with her!"

While Zoro was leaving the Castle he recalled how Momonosuke died to reclaim his homeland, whereas he looked at the little Emperor who could only sit back there without doing anything for the chaotic empire. It makes Zoro more angry and frustrated, he thinks Luffy is in here will definitely do the same thing as he did earlier.
